A Mid-U.s. Conference occurs as College Athletic Conference whose members are placed primarily in the Midwestern United States; nine of the schools are within Ohio and Michigan alone. A conference participates in the NCAA's Division I personally-The. MAC Headquarters is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

Former and future members
Both schools left a conference when a 2004-05 academic month—Marshall University, an all-sports member, & a University of Central Florida (UCF), a football-single member. Two schools, which played in the MAC East Section, joined Conference USA in all sports.

Inside Can 2005, Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania signed an initial six-month locate a Macintosh as a football-just school which may finally play in the East Section.
